Buddhist Meditation Organization
The Buddhist Meditation Organization seeks to understand how we, as human beings, can be deeply happy. Buddhism is not a set of beliefs to which one subscribes, but a collection of practices that reveal skillful ways of living. Through meditation and discussion, we seek to develop an increasingly mindful and compassionate relationship with our lives.

He completed the masterpiece in 1402 and it soon became one of the most renowned works of spiritual practice and philosophy in the world of Tibetan Buddhism.
