  • Jain New Year - Jain

    This day is observed on the first day of the Indian month of Katik/Karthik. On this day the chief disciple of Mahavira, Gautama Swami, is believed to have attained Supreme Knowledge. It is observed by performing a special ritual called Snatra Puja where homage is paid to Lord Jineshwar and the Tirthankaras.

  • Reformation Day - Protestant Christian
